February 7th Training Session Photos

Here are some photos from the February 7, 2005, training session on Homeland Security that was presented by Kerry Flaherty of the Connecticut Office of Emergency Management.  Mr. Flaherty presented an overview of Connecticut's new state agency for Homeland Security along with the critical issues relating to the state's strategies for prevention, response and recovery from terrorist threats and attacks.
