Year End Program
Boost Your Spirits & Your Productivity
June 6, 2008
Mercy Center, Madison

Some of you may have seen the film regarding organizational transformation based on Seattle’s world famous Pike’s Place Fish Market, which has given rise to the “Fish Philosophy.” We are very fortunate in having two Connecticut state employees, Ken Steller and Ned Grayeb, who are trained in presenting the “Fish Philosophy” and have volunteered to conduct a program for us the morning of June 6th. This final educational program of the year will be at the incredibly beautiful “Mercy Center” on the water in Madison, CT.
Kerri Fradette from the State’s “Connect-Ability” program will conduct our afternoon session. She will be showing us how we in human resources can make a positive impact on our agencies by employing the state’s talented pool of job seekers with disabilities.
Our day will conclude with the annual recognition program, which enables us to recognize all who have helped to make our Chapter programs and activities a success. The annual Sandra Biloon Memorial Scholarships will also be presented to the lucky winners at this event.
Following the event will be a Thimble Island cruise.
